There's no two ways about it: this is a stunning box set. Celebrating the short-lived Lee Hazlewood Industries label - a vehicle for songs and albums written and produced by moustache-sporting Easy Listening king Lee Hazelwood between 1966 and 1971 - There's A Dream I've Been Saving is scarily authoritative, and comes complete with a wealth of previous unheard and unseen material. Amongst the gems are four CDs featuring highlights from the label (not to mention previously unheard gems), a DVD of the previously unseen Cowboy In Sweden movie (starring, of course, Hazelwood himself), a glossy 172-page hardback book, and data discs containing every single release from the label's archives. For fans, it's a veritable treasure trove of little-known Hazelwood highlights.
