HOWLIN' WOLF

This Is Howlin' Wolf's New Album.
He doesn't like it.
He didn't like his electric guitar at first either.

CADET Concept LPS-319

Psychedelic blues by a Chicago blues master. In which heroin addict (allegedly) Marshall Chess, son of label owner Leonard Chess, takes the reigns on his own Cadet Concept LP. His two masterpieces, this one, and Muddy Waters' Electric Mud, went on to influence many rappers, including Chuckie D of Public Enemy.

Cover shows some shelf wear, some minor ring wear. Small cut-out near lower left. Back cover near bottom center some paper has lifted from the cardboard. No rips, no splits. No tape, no writing. See photo.

The vinyl is stunning. Gorgeous. LP boasts original shine, gloss and luster. It looks like it was rarely if ever played. I'll gladly grade this one at NM.

All in all, this is a great LP at a remarkable starting price.
