Description
Beautiful original copy of Tyrannosaurus Rex's 1968 UK 7" release, 'Deborah' / c/w 'Child Star' (RZ 3008) on Regal-Zonophone records. The audio quality is superb and there is no discernible deterioration in sound. Both sides of this classic are in excellent condition, with few signs of having been played. There are light, occasional crackles on the b-side but no scratches or jumps and both sides are graded as Excellent. The vinyl retains its original vibrant sheen. It has been test-played on a Project Mark II turntable using an Ortofon stylus and this pressing provides a very powerful and punchy audio sound,
The original blue / silver Regal-Zonophone labels and spindles are in excellent condition and show little signs of wear at all. The generic company sleeve (with adverts for Procul Harum and the Move records on the reverse) is in good condition, with some slight creasing to front bottom rhc (see photo) whilst the reverse shows some signs of wear and tear (see photo).
This landmark 7" features the classic Bolan songs 'Deborah' and 'Child Star'.
An excellent opportunity to acquire this highly desirable piece of rock history.
