TEST PRESSING STYLE PROMO This is quite rare and although its a test pressing style my understanding  is that because Festival Distribution traditionally didn't do dedicated promos (they did the embedded red stickers) these were used as promos.
Regardless - no doubt there weren't a lot of these pressed up.
COMMENT:
Black vinyl + correct generic sleeve
VISUAL GRADE under strong light:
Disc: EX+ (to M-) labels have mild wear
