This auction is for UHQR LP of Holst: THE PLANETS – Sir Georg Solti Conducting the London Philharmonic Orchestra.

Original Master LP Recording by Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab, MFQR 1-510, Limited Edition # 3992 in its original packaging.

As you may know there were only 8 albums of UHQR quality made by MFSL in early 1980s. Each of them in limited edition of 5000 copies, each hand numbered for authenticity. Only two of the albums were chosen from classical music and Holst: The Planets is one of them.

The outer Box is a bit beaten up, but all the inner packaging is in great condition, including Certificate of Authenticity and Technical Specifications Manual.

The LP is shiny, plays great, very little used, but there are 2 or 3 tiny scratches or cracks where one can hear clicks for about 10 revolutions. Beautiful music.

Payment in US Funds only, due in in three days using Paypal after bidding ended.

Shipping/handling is $4.00 sent by Media Mail in US.
