Urchin's debut self penned single 'black leather fantasy'

Black leather fantasy was released on 13 May 1977 and is now a collectors item.
When Urchin broke up in 1980 Adrian Smith replaced guitarist Dennis Stratton in Iron Maiden.

I'm not sure how to grade records as I'm just sifting through a pile my dad has given me, the cover is a little tatty but the record itself is in really good condition. I can't see any scratches on it at all and it plays perfectly. It's impossible to not get reflection in the photo's so might be difficult to see this but i have looked closely and it looks really good.  Etched onto the record in the place where the needle goes after the record has finished is 7-SELB-5069-A-1 on the A side and 7 - SET-B-5097-B-1 on the B side. (You can only see this when you look very closely) and there is a tiny tear on the cardboard of the B side inner circle about 1mm x 3mm, just to let you know in case this would affect whether you were happy to purchase or not.
