 URIAH HEEP'S  SALISBURY - ORIGINAL 1st PRESSING ON THE VERTIGO SWIRL LABEL !!!

Ok folks, you all know what this is !! So I'll fill in all the relevant details and describe the condition as best I can.
First of all, it is the genuine 1st pressing with the matrixes: 6360028 1Y - 1  and 2Y - 1. Comes complete with swirl inner sleeve, although has writing on both sides as shown in the photos. Also a little brown around th edges. Cover sleeve is in what I would describe as Very Good condition. Spine is still legible, but as you can from photos has quite a bit of wear. Front of cover has a few scratch marks to the left side. The rest is just your normal wear for a matt sleeve of this age, although a lot better than some I have seen. Inside of cover is Excellent condition with just light wear. Now for the vinyl. This in my opinion is VG+/EX condition. In normal light it looks beautiful. When examined closely under halogen lighting you can see that it has obviously been played quite a few times ( although carefully I would say !) and been in and out of the sleeve quite a bit. Lots of fine hairlines can be readily seen, but no scratches or serious flaws of any kind on what is still a great looking vinyl !! As for how it plays, I honestly cannot say - I do not have a record deck anymore. My honest opinion though, is that it should still sound fabulous as there are no nicks or scratches at all. As I said, only the hairlines visible under close scrutiny - very clean ! The record labels are in superb condition still; very clean and white and no spindle marks either !!
