URIAH HEEP – Very ‘eavy Very ‘umble (1970) Vertigo swirl
Early UK repress . . . . originally issued in 1970, this appears to be an early repress (possibly 1971) with “VERTIGO” printed above spindle hole on side 2 label . . . . on the Vertigo “swirl” label . . . . Catalogue Number: 6360 006 . . . . 1Y//1 & 2Y//1 stamped matrices.
Vinyl: Side One = VG+; Side Two = VG; has a mark at the start of side 2 track 1 resulting in a dull click during the first 30 seconds of the track; it doesn’t look like the vinyl is damaged at all and it’s possible this may be rectifiable with a professional clean; otherwise the album plays great with just some background surface noise between tracks and during quiet passages.

Labels: clean and unmarked; extensive spindle marks.
Sleeve: laminated gatefold sleeve in very good condition; some creasing, a small area of damage on rear by the price code box and also two instances of paper loss inside the gatefold along the top edge; original swirl polythene-lined inner sleeve is in excellent condition, but does have track listing written in pencil (see photos).
Records are graded in accordance with the Record Collector grading system, with + or – used where appropriate to give a more accurate grade.
