Unused THE ROTTERS "Sit On My Face Stevie Nix"
45 RPM 7-inch Single with Picture Sleeve
- You are bidding on one unused copy of the 45 RPM 7-inch single "Sit On My Face Stevie Nicks / Amputee" by THE ROTTERS, released in 1978. This is an original issue with a picture sleeve on Rotten Records. Written by Phester Swollen; no production credit.
Info from Discogs: "This version has the word "BANNED" on the front cover, but not "in L.A." The back on the sleeve has different text and type face. The labels are more orange, less red than the "in L.A." version. Also the type is thinner and the quotes around "the Rotters" are different."

- The single is USED but in excellent condition; we believe it is unplayed. (See grading legend below). The disc is graded Near Mint (NM) and is not warped. There are no scratches or marks on side 2. There is a light scratch at the beginning of side 1 that may not be audible. The picture sleeve is paper and is graded Excellent (EX); it looks hand made, and there are some creases, but it is otherwise in excellent condition; no ring wear, contact wear, edge wear or corner wear. The actual item is pictured below.

- To protect this collectible recording, this auction also includes the packaging necessary to ship a vinyl record. The record will be shipped in a new cardboard package with a plastic sleeve. If a photo sleeve is included, it will be shipped empty to prevent damage. A paper sleeve will be used for unsleeved recordings.

We try to grade the condition of a vinyl record conservatively . Records may be considered flat, or not warped, unless otherwise noted. If one side of a record is in better shape than the other, two grades will appear. Records and covers are graded separately.- M = Mint. In all but the rarest cases, still sealed. If we know that an open record has never been played, and the rating otherwise applies, it will be graded mint.
- NM = Near mint, or unplayed condition. Cover is near perfect, new looking, with no surface or ring wear.
- EX = Only slight signs of wear; very clean, only light surface marks which do not distract significantly from the sound. Cover has only slight surface wear and is still in nice collectible condition.
- VG+ = Evidence of play, with moderate surface wear and some minor noise - still plays well. Cover is solid with no breaks but may have minor surface wear or some ring wear.
- VG = Overall wear, but no skips or serious defects. May be somewhat noisy during quiet passages. Cover is worn, with considerable ring wear, and may have partially broken edges.
- VG- = Playable, but both the record and cover are well worn.
- G or G+ = Poor or Rough condition. Holefiller only!
