Description

I'm starting to list a collection of about 200 lps and 45s put together by my wife between about 1969 and 1984. Few of these have been played more than 2 or 3 times as, generally, they were recorded to tape and then put away. About 75% are in Near Mint store bought condition and look as if they've just been purchased. They were usually bought within a few days of being issued so, not only are they in pristine condition, they're mostly first pressings. Plus the lps all have their original inner sleeves and any inserts. The collection has remained untouched in a cupboard at my wife's parents house since she moved out and got married in 1984. If I find any blemishes or faults with any of these records I will point them out. Even the slightest shelf wear is absent from many. If you require additional photos of anything please let me know.

This is a copy of the LP Very 'eavy Very 'umble by Uriah Heep, first UK pressing from 1970 on Vertigo 6360 006.

The matrix no.s are  6360006  1 Y // 1  v  420  1  1  7  and  6380006  2 Y  // 1  v  420  1  1

The vinyl is in Excellent condition with just a number of very faint paper lines. There is nothing affecting play. The Vertigo swirl labels are spotless. with no stickers, writing, scuffs or stains.  There are a few very faint spindle marks on Side 2.

The laminated (on the outside) gatefold cover is in Excellent condition. There are no tears, stains, shelf wear, stickers or writing. There are just a few short faint creases to the laminate, a tiny scuff to the bottom of the spine and, where the laminate overlaps the top edge, on the inside, the cover has stuck together at some paint and left 2 white lines. Should be visible in the photo.

The windowed poly-lined Vertigo swirl white inner sleeve just has the usual faint browning / ageing to the edges and a few creases, There is a date code  0470 indicating a manufacture date of April 1970.

, a very decent copy of a 42 year old record.

Comes from a smoke free home.

I ship in purpose-made strong cardboard mailers and I'm happy to combine multiple purchases in one parcel to save on shipping costs.
