Warner Bros. BSK-3075, dated Jan. 16, 1978, for Feb. 3 release. Plain white cover with a taped-on sheet titled "label copy", and I am guessing these are instructions for the Pressing Plant. The vinyl record has generic white "test" labels with very light yellow crayon side indications. I presume normal matrix numbers, ending in LW-1.

VG++ record & VG re-purposed generic white cover; Reflections, clouds, lint, lines, or specks are from the scanner or camera.
