One of the most fascinating sessions combining elements of improv jazz with complex and beautiful string arrangements and prepared piano by Fred Van Hove. A very powerful yet delicate and spacious avant garde masterpiece. Full line up: Fred Van Hove (Piano, effects, Arrangements), Cel Overberghe (Saxophone), Scherzo String Quartet. Produced by Marc Moulin and Paul Evrard. Very limited pressing that has now become almost impossible to find. Now this record is really rare and it has a story behind it as well. It's one of the four records that was released on Kamikaze, a small Belgian label that Marc Moulin and Paul Evrard ran together. They actually called the label Kamikaze because the music on the records was so strange that the label would probably destroy itself like a kamikaze pilot.
