Van Morrison His Band and Street Choir 1970 Olive Green WB Original STERLING RL cut on both sides The cleanest stock copy I have ever seen. It is museum perfect in every respect and most importantly sounds fucking awesome. Bob Ludwig and Van Morrison is a great match. Visually graded as NM- This is from the collection of serious collector who had to liquidate a bunch of his lps. Full play grade details are below I will say this also plays with quieter vinyl than the other pressings I have sold.   Jacket NM- textured cover is just about perfect. Has the translucent hype sticker for the LP stuck on the front. First time I have ever seen that in all my years of looking at this title.  When they stuck the sticker on they filled in one section with dark marker to make it look perfect. I can provide pictures if you need. Just the faintest evidence of wear on the back side. Track order is wrong as they rushed this LP out in time for the holidays, not sure if it was ever corrected  but this press was an early one for sure. Original issued inner sleeve is very clean Insert: Textured brown lyric sheet is NM- a beautiful insert Domino: strongest VG++ excellence Crazy Face: Strong VG++ intro, just a pinch of SN in the quiet intro. mostly strongest VG++ after that Beautiful acoustic tone. Some sn in the fade out. Give Me a Kiss: strongest VG++ I’ve Been Workin: Strongest VG++, excellent dry recording. Great acoustic detail. Just a touch of sn here and there. Call Me Up In Dreamland: strongest VG++ I’ll Be Your Lover Too: Best Song on this album, chills. I believe this to be an out take / leftover song from Astral Weeks. Strongest VG++.  Spare song just has a few slivers of SN. Van’s voice and guitar ring out perfectly. Blue Money: Strongest VG++ Virgo Clowns: Strongest VG++ Gypsy Queen: one of the finest moments on the LP, how did this kid from Belfast get the voice a black doo wop soul singer…. Great deep bass from Ludwig. Strongest VG++ Sweet Janine: beautiful and joyous track, real country soul. Pure mandolin beauty, rich horns.
