This record is in near mint condition. It has light spindle marks visible on each label but no pen marks, scuffs or fading anywhere. The centres show slight wear but are not loose or worn. Overall the labels are in great shape with little to report other than the light spindle marks.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides are beautifully clean and are near enough spotless in normal light. There is a few very light thin wispy lines visible under very bright white light but not many and of course nothing remotely sinister. The record has no nasty scuffs, serious marks or blemishes and has a lovely vivid lustre.
I play tested the record and it plays really well. It lays flat, there is little to no movement in the record arm and the sound produced is excellent throughout. Its crisp and defined with little interference audible and no serious issues at all. There is a hint of surface noise in the run in and very occasionally a minor amount between some songs but the vast majority is surface noise free and of high quality. There are no skips, sticks or clicks and no pops or any other serious issues. Overall it was a thoroughly enjoyable play test and produced audio of high quality with of course no major issues to report. One thing I did notice was the last track on side 2 by Wizzard sounded a touch muffled. This has to be a manufacturing issue of some sort as the record has no defects showing in the track. It is only minor however and the track is still enjoyable.
The laminated sleeve is in near mint condition. It has only very slight wear and rubbing to the edges and corners with the writing along the spine all clearly legible. There are of course no splits or weak areas anywhere and overall the sleeve is in great shape. It has no tears, scuffs or pen marks anywhere and is clean and bright. There is a few minor short creases emanating from the edges but nothing at all major. There is barely any ring marks evident and overall it in great shape with no major problems. I have tried to capture the sleeves issues as best I can in the pictures provided so please study these to gain as much information as possible.
It includes its original plain white EMI inner in excellent+condition with no splits, tears or pen marks and only minor ring marks and creasing.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.
