VERY RARE original Danny and Lynda, Gospel LP from 1972. This was Danny and Lynda's first of three Christian psych LPs and is the toughest one to find by far.
Danny and Lynda were a Christian husband and wife musical duo who took their musical ministry to churches and sold their records there. If you like great psych-guitar, you'll like this record. Danny was a virtuoso at the electric guitar (and acoustic guitar, bass and banjo) and his fuzz, wah-wah, reverb workouts are featured throughout this record. He seems to lose himself soloing at times and surely must have messed with the minds of the duo's target audience. Lynda accompanies Danny with a so-cheesy-it's-cool organ that completes the psych touch.
Cover: Minor flaws only. Light foxing, light high-spot wear (photos) and an apparent pressing anomaly that gave the slick a slight texture. Otherwise, no splits or bends or major wear. Looks nice, but is tough to grade. Labels: NM Vinyl: EXC Sound: NM
