**GREAT AUDIO**
ALL COMPLETE AND ORIGINAL
This was the very first official release, being released on the 22nd of March 1963 (MONO version) and later on the 26th of April 1963 (STEREO version). The Lp reached number one in; Disc Weekly, Melody Maker, New Musical Express and The Record Retailer in the UK. Only to be knocked off by their next album With The Beatles.
Amazingly the songs, which were taken from their first two singles and included a further ten songs, were all recorded in one marathon session at Abbey Road Studios. John wasn't feeling too well and got throught the 3 sessions in the one day by having milk, tea and Zubes lozenges....

QUALITY HEAVYWEIGHT 163g!
SHINY
VG(+)! Wonderful, heavy vinyl, with just light marks to her.
I noticed just one tiny skip on track 1, side 1-all the rest sound great.
I have just finished listening to all of her......An utter joy to listen to.
Only occasional and light background noise, so a gentle professional clean will improve this. More evident in the quieter sections and the run-ins.
Superb rich deep bass reproduction.

Labels: VG+. There is minimal central hole wear as you can see in the images.
The labels stand out nice and clean, with no writing or rips.
Outer rim text starts with "The Parlophone Co.Ltd" "Recording First Published 1963" stated under the printed matrix number.
NO "Sold In UK..." statement...Showing it is the 5th pressing.

"KT" tax code to side 1.
DEEP AND RICH CANARY YELLOW PARLOPHPONE
Inner: VG+. It is the ORIGINAL poly-lined "Use Emitex"
NO writing.
Just one tiny side split.
With "PATENTS APPLIED FOR" printed text.
Showing how early this inner is.
The opening does havesome feathering,with a couple of tiny tears to just one side-very critical here.
Certainly done her job in keeping the record in great condition!

There is only light wear to this cover...with a handful of little crescents of spidering to the laminate near the opening and some small fingers of spidering emanating from the seams..
