*WIDESPINE VERSION*
This really was the birth of progressive rock! It was the Beatles' 9th Lp and what an imapact it had. and still does have. Released on the 1st of June 1967, the album reached number 1 across the board, staying at number 1 for 23 weeks!! With a total of 148 weeks in the charts!!

Vinyl: VG... Lovely shine and as flat as the day it was bought. There are some visible marks to the vinyl.
After just finished listening to both sides I found there to be a very small amount of background crackle, which would be reduced or even negated with a professional clean...More so on the run-ins.
NOTHING TO MAKE HER JUMP OR SKIP
The bass is lovely rich and deep.
A pure joy to listen to-TURN HER UP...Especially at the start of Sgt Peppers on side 2!!
FLAT as the day she was born.

Inner Sleeve: VG-. It is the ORIGINAL 'Fools Inner'....These are getting increasingly hard to find. This one has kept it's vibrant red & white colour...
Has a split to each side, small tear of 3.5cm to the opening and a nibble to one corner....BUT SHE IS THE ORIGINAL AND FAR FROM TRASHED!!

Cover: VG+. **IT IS THE INCREDIBLY RARE WIDESPINE VERSION....8MM IN WIDTH**
Strong, UNCRUSHED and legible outer spine!!
The front cover is still lovely and bright, as is the back cover and the inner picture. There is some slight rubbing and a couple of light 'dings' to the corners. A handful of small half crescents of spidering to the front and the back-visible when angled towards the light. Little fingers of spidering from the seams. I am being incredibly critical as well as honest as possible, so bid with confidence.
Still opens with the crackle as if just bought in 1967!
The inner seem for the spine is a little crushed about half way doen-please see the detailed photo's.
