Description
This is a vintage vinyl record by Lynyrd Skynyrd titled "Street Survivors." The cover features a unique flame design and is a first pressing from 1977. Pulled from the market soon after the band suffered a firery plane crash where some members died, this cover was considered "bad taste" and the cover was replaced. This record is in very good plus plus (VG++) condition and comes in a cardboard sleeve.
The record has been graded as VG++ and the sleeve as VG. It has a record size of 12 inches and plays at a speed of 33 RPM. The album falls under the category of Southern Rock and is a great addition to any vinyl record collection. Don't miss out on this rare find!
**I use the Goldmine grading standard and grade my records held in strong sunlight revealing any flaws. I tend to undergrade rather than overgrade. All records are test played. Records are played on a pro stereo turntable, tonearm weight set at 1.5g and anti-skate set at 2g.
**Notes on condition; both sides play thru without skipping, a couple of very light paper scuffs is all, otherwise very clean. Vinyl still shines. Sounds fantastic. Cover shows some wear, rt. front corner has some light moisture damage, some front and back ring wear, spine is good and still readable. Your chance to own a rare cover at a good price!!
