PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY GRADE AN OPENED LP NEAR MINT (NM) IF I CAN GUARANTEE IT HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED (i.e. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER). OTHERWISE, NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) IS THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST GRADE I WILL ASSIGN AN OPENED LP.
ULTRA obscure private Xian psych folk LP out of the northern Chicago suburb of Winnetka, Illinois from 1977. The religious undertones on this LP are barely noticeable, unlike most private Xian pressings that overtly beat you over the head with a theological hammer. It makes for an immensely enjoyable listen. Think Nick Drake, Van Morrison and even David Gray were he born a decade or two earlier. The LP is a VERY nice VG+ with a few barely visible paper scuffs and the cover is VG/VG+ only because of a hint of foxing on the rear and a bit of wear on the edges. Don't overpay for this gem here on Ebay or Discogs ($600? Give me a break.) This is the copy you want at a great price. You won't be disappointed.
I USE GOLDMINE GRADING: MINT (SEALED) NEAR MINT: LOOKS UNPLAYED VG++: VERY VERY MINIMAL SIGNS OF USE VG+: AVERAGE SIGNS OF USE, NOTHING DEEP, SUPERFICIAL VG: STILL AN OK RECORD, NOISE BETWEEN SONGS GOOD: WORN BUT PLAYS FINE WITH DISTRACTING
