PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY GRADE AN OPENED LP NEAR MINT (NM) IF I CAN GUARANTEE IT HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED (i.e. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER). OTHERWISE, NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) IS THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST GRADE I WILL ASSIGN AN OPENED LP.
RARE original Columbia Sterling Sound pressing from 1988 with glossy printed inner sleeve with complete lyrics!!! LP side 1 is VG+ with a few light scuffs and side 2 is VG++ with even fewer and lighter scuffs. Cover is a nice VG+ with a hint of ring. Now for the real reason you're reading this - a pair of insanely rare original rigid 12 X 12 two-sided in-store promotional displays put out by parent label CBS in 1988!!! I purchased these from a former Tower Records (R.I.P.) manager who was a big Priest fan and decided to keep a pair from the Tower wall for her own private collection (which was staggeringly impressive). She told me that 99% of these displays were either tossed after they were displayed or never displayed at all and then tossed. Tower staff saw them as disposable swag and clutter and as a result VERY few survived from the 80s. These are the kinds of items Priest fans are going to be fighting over fiercely in the very near future so don't sleep. You will never see another lot like this again. Displays are simply pristine with no peel spots from tape, no staple holes, no bends, no creases, rips or tears whatsoever. You will not be disappointed.

VG+: AVERAGE SIGNS OF USE, NOTHING DEEP, SUPERFICIAL VG: STILL AN OK RECORD, NOISE BETWEEN SONGS
GOOD: WORN BUT PLAYS FINE WITH DISTRACTING NOISE POOR: FILLER COPY ONLY. LOTS OF SCRATCHES
