Description
Various Artists - Electronic Panorama: Paris, Tokyo, Utrecht, Warszawa
4 X LP box set on the French Philips label from 1970 (6740 001)
box and disc two only (unfortunately) - no booklet either.
this is quite a sought after set now, with clean (complete) examples fetching over £250 on Discogs.
record has been cleaned on an Okki Nokki and play tested in full.
it has a slight wobble on the turntable - not a warp, it's just not 100% true.
it's in good shape otherwise.
Side C:
there's one pop at the very start of the side followed by a brief bit of surface noise. it settles down quite quickly though.
there's some faint surface noise throughout most of the side (quite a lot during the first half of track C2), plus occasional low pops / crackle.
it's more noticeable on the quieter pieces.
there is also low surface noise between tracks.
Side D:
again, there's some low surface noise during the quieter parts plus on the long gaps between tracks.
it plays through better than Side C.
i would grade it as VG.
the box has wear on all four corners, including a small split on the top left hand corner.
i would grade it as GOOD.
