Condition is EX/EX (sleeve/record)

Outer sleeve front is in excellent condition with only slight surface wear. Lamination is intact and in excellent condition apart from some insignificant bruises at the top left.
Outer sleeve back is in excellent condition considering that there is no plastic coating on this side. There is slight but clearly visible discoloring from a price sticker as well as one discolored spot (see photo). There is also a sticker marked "STEREO" which I believe is original (see photo).
Overall impression of the outer sleeve is absolutely excellent. The cover is very clean, smells nicely and does not give an aged impression at all. Creasing is minimal and the spine is unbroken.
Record is in excellent condition. Vinyl is glossy and record is perfectly flat with no warps. There are some very minor surface marks that do not affect play.
Overall impression is that this record has been played very little, and has been handled with care.
Labels on both sides are in excellent condition. They are clean and without scruff marks or discolouring.
White inner sleeve: White paper bag is in excellent condition.
Overall, a fantastic copy of a hard to find record!
