Velvet Underground and Nico Verve V6-5008 Still Sealed Stereo with peelable banana sticker and torso airbrushed out. Goldmine lists 2 versions of this cover a 3rd version issued in 1967 and a 4th issued in 1968 with the difference being the credits on the record label. No way of knowing which since its sealed. I bought this in early 90's from a collector it has been stored safely since I owned it. As far as apparent issues there is sticker residue on lower left corner of front cover on the shrink, on the lower front right corner the shrink has torn back 3/4" at the bottom and 1 1/2" along that side., and there are corner dings from handling. There is missing shrink about the size of a fingernail on the back at the top just above the GRO in underground.There is a split about 3/8" long in the shrink just below the item # on the spine. There is an airhole about the size of a quarter located on the back positioned in the group photo about 3 1/2" from left edge and 1" from bottom edge of the photo. Shrink is split at bottom left corner about 1/4" or so. Check photos for better idea of what cover looks like. I accept payment by Paypal only and ship only in the US.
