Label: Hut
Vinyl Condition: Very Good (Clean and shiny playing surface, plays through without skips or jumps. Side A has one or two small hairline marks, visible under bright light. Side B features some noticeable hairline marks and a couple of surface scuffs in places (I have tried to show the most noticeable of these in the photos, however they are hard to see without turning the brightness all the way up.)
Playback: Plays through beautifully, no skips or jumps, and there is no major deterioration in sound. There is surface noise in places, but nothing extraordinary for a record of this age. Perhaps could benefit from a deep-clean using a machine.

Side A - Some crackle between a few of the songs, and in some quieter passages.

Side B - There is some noticeable surface noise during the run-in, and first two tracks. It is mostly noticeable during quieter passages. Not that audible during track 3. Audible in the first 30 seconds or so of track 4. Only the odd crackle in the closing track.)
Sleeve Condition: Very Good- (Some light wear to sleeve edges. Full readable uncrushed spine. The beginning of ringwear to rear. There is the beginning of a seam split - see photos. The record will be posted outside the sleeve so this won't be exacerbated in the post)

Very rare 1st UK press of 'A Storm In Heaven', the monumental debut album from The Verve, when they were only known as 'Verve', featuring the iconic artwork by Brian Cannon. Includes cuts such as 'Already There', 'Slide Away', 'The Sun, The Sea'. More of a copy to be played and enjoyed, than a collector's, due to condition - hence the reduced price.
