2 VIC DICKENSON SEPTET 10" LPs @ ONE LOW PRICE!!
Volume 1: 1953 Vanguard Records release (VRS 8001). Hi Fidelity Recording. Jazz Showcase Series. Also features Ruby Braff, Steven Jordan and Walter Page among others. Supervised by John Hammond, who also wrote the liner notes. Disc is in VG+ condition. Has retained a lot of original sheen, minimum of surface wear. Jacket is in Fair condition, Seam splits on all sides. Has tape on entire spine and portions of top and bottom edge. Recording date inked in on rear of jacket.
Volume 3: 1955 Vanguard Records release (VRS 8012). Hi Fidelity Recording. Jazz Showcase Series. Also features Ruby Braff, Steven Jordan and Walter Page and Jo Jones among others. Supervised by John Hammond, who also wrote the liner notes. Disc is in VG+ condition. Has retained a lot of original sheen, minimum of surface wear. Jacket is in Good- condition, seam splits on upper left and top left corner (3"). Has tape on most of the spine (although it does not appear to be split) and another 4" piece on top right edge. Recording date inked in on rear of jacket.
