Description
We have a quantity of Tanner and MG, Peters, Drake-Chenault, etc. stereo broadcast releases on 1/4" tape spanning the late 1970s and most of the 1980s. Each weighs approx. 1.7 - 1.8 lbs.
Many of the reels have been in storage for a long time; the boxes may be dusty or show wear and tear.
Unless otherwise noted the reels are stored properly, wound to their original Tails Out specification, and include playlists. Some reels may have never been played.
This is Hit Rock "Gold" programming, the 800 series, with approx. 75-85 minutes of popular and rock cuts from The Beatles and Beach Boys around 1964 to 1983: Rita Coolidge, Herb Alpert, Phil Collins, Sly & Family Stone and many more.
Some titles are penciled or lined out with marker by a prior (radio station) owner as they were not to be programmed or aired via this reel; they are (from top to bottom): ?
