- Cover: VGVG+ (Crease on both sides from record. Corners have tiny crease. Tear at the open edge which is taped. Bit of surface wear on front near bottom. Small tear on back near bottom)
- Vinyl: VG+VG+ (Both sides have faint surface noise, can still hear clearly)
- Labels: VGVG (Both sides have surface wear)
