Hello, and welcome to our listing. Many rare entertainment memorabilia artifacts on offer, including hundreds of impossible-to-find photos, flyers, and pamphlets from every branch of the entertainment industry.  Everything we sell is 100% vintage and authentic, absolutely NO reprints, reissues, or counterfeits here!
This is an extremely rare, vintage promotional press kit for the notorious 1978 new wave compilation from A&M entitled 'No Wave,' which featured The Police, The Dickies, and more.  Press kit consists of a 9" x 12" custom printed envelope, an 8" x 10" glossy photograph, a two-sided bio, and two large 12" x 24" posters.  Scenesters got bent out of shape about this comp when it came out, but it stands as a well-intended, semi-informed window into some of the variety of bands who emerged in the new wave scene in the late '70s.  Excellent to near mint condition overall.  Very hard to find item sent to music industry insiders only.  This is not a reproduction or recent copy, this is an original, vintage artifact.
