Thank you for looking at my items. I try to find unusual and antique items for my eBay buyers, at Estate Sales & Auction. Besides hunting for collectibles, I am also downsizing my 30+ yr collection.
I just found some 45RPM Elvis Presley records, by RCA Victor, in the original paper sleeve, in excellent condition. It is white label, promo my son tells me, recorded Oct. 30,1960 as indicated on the record label. It says on the label NOT FOR SALE. The title is Elvis “Milky White Way” & “Swing Down Sweet Chariot”. It also says By Request the first time on 45rpm. Gold Standard Series. It is from Elvis’ “His Hand in Mine” album, printed in USA. It also has information about Easter on the back and Elvis. See Pix.
I was told at the estate that the owner of these items was a D J in Athens Tn way back in the 50’s and I guess he played these in the studio for radio audience, or maybe they were just for his collection. The record is pristine, no scratches, no marks, and the jacket is very good too. Time is 2.29 seconds
