In 1946 Ted Cott as program director fro radio station WNEW commissioned Hy Zaret and Lou Singer to write a series of one minute ?jingles? on racial understanding and Americanism that would play as radio public service announcements. They became this album, lyrics by Hy Zarat, music by Lou Singer and sung by The Bachelors. They have been called the Bill of Rights set to music. Dated 1947, the cover shows wear, soiling, dents and age. Records look to be in good shape.
