rare German first press vinyl 3LP box set released in the early 1960s on black/gold DECCA stereo label with "Royal Sound Stereo" logo, deep groove and catalognumber SXL 2101 / 03.
Clothbound box, complete with libretto booklet, original inner sleeves and vinyl in pristine NEARMINT/MINT condition with clean labels and hardly a spindlemark - perfect!
This set was obviously played only once or twice ...
Famous performance by Georg Solti conducting the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra & Chorus recorded with true audiophile soundquality same as the UK wideband Decca counterpart pressing ...see photos.
