Description
Great dubplate from Wailing Souls, featuring tracks Jaj jah give us life to live and Backbiter, both with dubs. The first tune is the same that was Greensleeves first 12" release many years ago, but this is the dubplate mix with a seperate dub track and mix. Other side is Backbiter, another top Wailing Souls tune, with dubplate vocal mix and dub. Condition of this disc is well worn, its an original not a new recut. The lacquer has worn off on small bits round the edge of the disc, not on the grooves. There are various marks and scratches on the disc, some of which are audible. Sound can be improved by spraying distilled water on disc.
I've included soundclips for both sides and these are as it is - not cleaned up to make it sound better. In my view its the dub versions that sound clearer - see for yourself. This is a one off not to be repeated
