Pure terror. Like dynamite. And what a perfect bastard this extremely brilliant and extremely hard to find WELCOME TO VENICE sampler is.
The same sold on eBay, in March 2007, for $154 (US) and in February 2007, for $136 (US).
This is the original first pressing, released on Mike Muir’s excellent ‘Suicidal’ label in 1986. He also produced this all-time classic….and it is also the second label release (matrix number SLP-1001). Believe me, this killer will knock your head off because this comp was done with love. Definitely one of the rarest Venice Beach records ever made. This rarity includes early appearances from the all legendary SkatePunkMetalTrash heroes of that area. Pure West Coast style in the finest tradition.
