Cover: VG++ Still glossy, no wear. Only a 1" upper right corner split seem.

Record: SIDE A: EX a few marks can be earing

              SIDE B: I would like to grade it as EX too but due some tiny marks on the last three tunes I only an grade it as VG+. The sound is great, No background noise, just only a few high frequence clicks.
