An excellent 2 record box set of the 1951 recording of Beethoven's Symphony No. 9 performed by the Bayreuth Festival Orchestra and Chorus conducted by Wilhelm Furtwangler with Elizabeth Schwarzkopf,  Hans Hopf, Elisabeth Hongen and Otto Edelmann.  RCA LM-6043.  Complete with liner notes booklet.  This is an early plum dog first edition.

The box is in very nice condition.  It shows a little staining in the lower right hand corner and has split the hinge on the left hand side of the box.  The records are still in their original inner sleeves and are in excellent condition.  A very nice copy of this rarity.  

I try to grade records accurately. Most records are play graded.

Quoted shipping in the domestic U.S. is by Media Mail. International shipping by either Ebay Global Shipping or by USPS International First Class or Priority mail, depending upon the package weight.  Some Buyers feel that Ebay Global Shipping is less expensive and more efficient.   I will ship by whatever service the buyer prefers and selects.

I prefer to combine shipping to save costs.  All shipping will be quoted at the end of the listing(s). Records are shipped in heavy cardboard mailers designed specifically for LP's with bubble wrap or cardboard inserts for protection.

If you feel that my description of the record is inaccurate in some respect, you can return the record for a refund of the full purchase price (less shipping).

If you want a record held for future shipping, please email me so I know that is your intention. I prefer that you pay for the record at the time of purchase since ebay charges me at the time the sale closes.
