Vinyl condition: EX- (nice lustre to both sides with only a few faint hairline surface marks. There is a couple of tiny scratches on the "blank" tracks, but obviously their affect to play is irrelevant. I have played through the two Wings tracks on Side A and sound reproduction is superb! Bright, loud and clear with a count of only 7 EXTREMELY faint background ticks in total. I must point out, these ticks are barely noticeable and don't come anywhere close to detracting from the music - if you aren't intentionally listening out for them you'll quite easily miss them altogether!).
Sleeve condition: N/A (plain white inner sleeve).
Labels condition: N/M (perfect labels - clean and free of any marks besides the track titles which have been hand written in pencil on both sides - see pics).
Inner sleeve condition: N/A
Additional comments: EXTREMELY rare "Experimental Record" produced by EMI's Central Research Laboratories. Very little seems to be written about these alternative "test pressings" but I would take a guess they were produced to check mixes during the recording stages, so levels, EQing, etc, could be adjusted if needs be, which is different to regular test pressings which were cut and distributed for quality approval after the recording was finished. One things for sure, these are definitely a lot rarer and hardly ever get offered for sale!
Side A of this record has four "tracks" cut; 1. (blank - silent grooves), 2. "Band On The Run", 3. "Jet", 4. (blank - silent grooves).
Side B has three "tracks"; 1. (blank - silent grooves), 2. "Beethoven 5, First Movement" (uncredited artist), 3. (blank -silent grooves).
I cannot confirm, since I don't have the resources to compare, but have read the mixes of the Wings tracks on this record are slightly different to the final mixes which were released commercially. A scarce opportunity to own a TRUE Paul McCartney / Wings rarity!!!

Shipping info: All records are carefully packaged, with the record and inner sleeve being removed from the jacket and placed inside a protective PVC sleeve.
