Description
For your consideration is a 33 RPM Vinyl Record Album titled “Walt Disney Takes You to Disneyland – A Musical Tour of the Magic Kingdom”. It was released May 1, 1956. The album is narrated by Walt Disney. The model number is WDL-4004. This album is the first record on the Disneyland record label created entirely by Disneyland Records. This album was recorded less than a year after the park was opened.
The album has wonderful music and a great sound. I listened to half of side one. The sound was wonderful. I grew up in the 1950’s and 60’s. It took me back to watching Walt Disney on TV in those early years.
The condition of the record is excellent. There are some minor scratches, but they do not affect the sound of the record.
The album cover / sleeve has some minor tears and rubs, but is solid. There is some browning and self-wear on the cover.
