Description

Golem By Wand In The Red Recordings Label ITR 276 Released 2015
Limited to only 400 copies, this is the Rough Trade release on transparent red vinyl, inside a printed inner and gatefold sleeve, with bonus CD and unused download.  Also comes with the 'Album of The Month' Rough Trade flyer that came with it.  The CD has never been played and never removed from its PVC sleeve.
CONDITION Under a 35 watt halogen lamp the record is in Near Mint condition with no marks whatsoever.
When played at a normal volume on a Project Debut III turntable it plays perfectly with no background noise.  The album has only been played about 6 times since I've had it, either on the Pro-ject or on a Rega RP6.
The gatefold sleeve is clean and undamaged and would grade NM on its own The Inner has some creasing and a 3" split along a side seam.  For this reason the cover grade is Fair.  But, putting aside the split, it would grade EX overall.
The labels are clean and unmarked apart from faint spindle trails.
Photos are of actual item and are not 'stock' photos.
OVERALL GRADE (record / cover - See grading guide below)

NEAR MINT / FAIR
GRADING GUIDE - IMPORTANT!

I visually examine all records under a strong 35w halogen lamp, which shows up ALL defects.

I strictly grade my records according to the Rare Record Price Guide (RRPG), which, to me, means as follows:

MINT- Must be sealed
NEAR MINT - Totally unmarked, no scratches, not even faint 'hairlines' / sleeve withdrawal marks or any other signs of having been played.
EXCELLENT - No scratches, just signs of having been played, such as the odd faint 'hairline' sleeve withdrawal mark that is barely visible under a strong lamp, or spindle trails on the label.
VERY GOOD - The first mild scratches have begun to appear, but only very, very few.
GOOD - More scratches than Very Good and more severe, but I am confident that the record will play through without skips or sticking and will still provide a good listening experience.
FAIR - The record may not play through properly with a chance of it jumping and / or it will play with significant background noise.
POOR - It definitely won't play without skipping or sticking.

Below Near Mint I will use plus or minus with a grade to highlight fine differences.

COVER GRADES

My cover grades are EXACTLY as stated in Record Collector magazine / RRPG. Therefore, if a cover is defaced, stained or torn it CANNOT grade better than FAIR. Likewise, if any part of the contents are missing it CANNOT grade better than POOR.

All my records are dispatched using stiffeners and card mailers.
