Description

The Ward Darby Go Up Country LP on Lemco label Lexington Kentucky. Much of the record is honky-tonk country but there is one kick-ass rural rock country funk track that is TOTALLY comp worthy. “Billy Jack’s Old Lady” the first song on side 2 - tuff biker rock-ish funk drums banger, great gruff vocals- checks all the boxes! Very cool and rare 1971 regional offering in top shape! Vinyl is a nice VG++ full gloss, heavy thick pressed w original inner sleeve. Cover is tight, clean and crisp. See series of detailed pics to accompany my description.
