Description

The White Stripes - Red Death at 6:14 (2002)

7" one-sided record, red vinyl, number 00219 from a limited press of 3000. Never played

With verifying letter of congratulations from MOJO Magazine

Rare low-numbered 7", hand-stamped No.00219, from a limited edition of 3000, released by MOJO Magazine in 2002 (magazine not included). Comes in a plain white paper sleeve, with a letter of congratulations from MOJO (pictured).

I am the sole owner, so can attest to the fact that the record has never been played!

Condition

The record has been removed from its white paper sleeve - as is quite obvious from the pictures - but it has never been played. The vinyl is therefore in great condition. There is however a very light cosmetic graze on the vinyl, from where the record has been removed from the sleeve. It is so light as to be hard to see. I tried to capture it in one of the above pictures (the 'quarter-disc' picture, showing the edge of the record), but struggled to do so. The graze can be seen faintly just below the light reflection in the middle of that picture. The marks in the matrix/runout area of the record are original, presumably etched there at the time they were pressed.

The record will be packed in a 625 micron cardboard record mailer, with stiffener. The record will sit inside a polythene outer sleeve.
