From my personal vinyl record collection of 55+ years.
This 1976 UK reissue is on The Harvest Label - SHLV 814
Matrix/Run-out : Side 1.  SHLV 814  A-4   HTM  LO  1                            Side 2.  SHLV 814  B-12  GLP  HTM
As always I have played the album completely through and it plays perfectly and sounds great.    Vinyl  NM  Sleeve  EX  (the sleeve is still mostly covered by the black shrink wrap so I am assuming that the cover itself is mostly unmarked. The open uncovered edge is marked and I would grade as VG). Inner picture / lyric sleeve VG+ (Some marks and edgewear). Postcard Insert EX (light crease lower right).
A very well cared for vinyl.
