This EXCELLENT 1963 UK MONO pressing is on the yellow & black Parlophone label: PMC 1206
The label publishing credit for the song 'Money' is 'Dominion. Belinda..'.
A 'KT' purchase tax code is present on the side 2 label.
Rare matrix combination: XEX 447-5N & XEX 447-7N
Stamper codes: 7/HT & 1/T
Vinyl weight: 151g
Housed in the rarer 'Ernest J. Day' printed front laminated, tri-flipback mono cover.
Track 3, side 2 is spelt 'You Really Got A Hold On Me' on the rear panel.
Complete with its original rice-paper lined 'Use Emitex..' inner-sleeve.
CONDITION
Disc: EXCELLENT
This well looked-after disc has received minimal careful play on good equipment only. Both playing surfaces are clean retain all of their factory deep glossy shine with nothing more than a couple of faint fingernail scuffs but certainly nothing we would call a scratch. All tracks play without fault making this unusual copy essential in any serious Beatles collection.
Cover: EXCELLENT -
A respectable example of this hard to find cover variant. The front panel is clean & glossy with little more than some minor storagewear rubbing. There is shelfwear to the lower left corner but all others and both opening edges are undamaged. The exposed rear panel is very clean overall with no significant blemishes or any writing or missing paper and all of the delicate flipbacks are in-place. There is a little nick to the spine which has taken away the initial 'W' letter but both seams are smooth & unstressed.
