The sleeve is still in nice condition with no major faults (no writings). When the factory ran out of stereo sleeves they sometimes used stereo stickers (rather than re-order a stereo run), which were stuck on the mono sleeves, which were still available. 

The record is still very glossy and was maybe played a dozen times (not overplayed). It has no scratches, only a few (non-sounding) hairlines from removing of the inner sleeve. It still has a warm clear sound of a first pressing with no pops and almost no clicks. First pressing stereo records of "With The Beatles" in this excellent condition are rare today.

There are no writings and no stickers on the labels.

All in all it is a nice, collectable Beatles album of the first UK pressing of "With The Beatles".
