PLEASE NOTE OVER THE NEXT FEW WEEKS I WILL BE LISTING NUMEROUS CLASSICAL RECORDS THAT CAME FROM A FROM A PUBLIC AND REFERENCE LIBRARY, THEY HAVE BEEN STORED FOR MANY YEARS UNPLAYED, HOWEVER IN MOST CASES THEY WILL HAVE VARIOUS INSTITUTIONAL MARKS HANDWRITTEN REFERENCE NUMBERS STAMPS ETC. THERE ARE NUMEROUS SCARCE COLUMBIA, DECCA AND HMV EXAMPLES. PLEASE BARE IN MIND THAT THESE HAVE COME FROM A LIBRARY SO THE CONDITION WILL NOT BE FANTASTIC, ALTHOUGH SOME EXAMPLES ARE QUITE PLEASING. THESE AUCTIONS WILL HOPEFULLY GIVE PEOPLE THE OPPURTUNITY TO OBTAIN VERY SCARCE CLASSICAL RECORDS AT AFFORDABLE COMPETITIVE PRICES. THERE ARE SOME EXCELLENT EXAMPLES AND I AM SURE SOME WILL EXCEED YOUR OWN EXPECTATIONS. WITH THIS IN MIND, PLEASE BE AWARE OF THEIR EX LIBRARY STATUS WHEN BIDDING AS THESE RECORDS WILL NOT REALLY BE FOR THE COLLECTOR LOOKING FOR IMMACULATE EXAMPLES.

Visually VG+
The record has survived visually quite well. There are some surface marks and minor hairlines noticed on both sides sporadically, with some minor sleeve removal marks noticed, one small feelable hairline noticed. Side one has a small label attached.
I have listened to extracts of the audio and it played VG. There is some crackle noticed intermitently throughout the record, light to loud in places, some quite loud areas of crackl/surface noise, more noticed during the unaccompanied violin parts intermitently. When the piano is playing this was certainly masked quite well. There is a small hariline that can just be felt that creates a small area of soft ticks for a couple of minutes. Some other surface noises noticed in places. Not an entirely unpleasant listen but certainly not the greatest copy, lots of areas that arent effected as much and pleasant to listen. It will certainly fill a gap till a better copy comes along. Audio grading VG
Sleeve EX (Excellent)
A decent sleeve nicely preserved. Clean front with minor areas of wear and minor marks, light ring wear. The edge and corners have been well preserved, some minor grazing and light corner rounding. The reverse is clean and well preserved, some minor toning and minor wear, the flip backs are nicely preserved with some marks at the very edges other wise clean.

Visually EX/EX+
The record has survived visually quite well. The record has retained a decent glossy shine both sides, there are some very occasional light marks and minor hairlines but generally a nice clean example. Side One has a label on the centre label.
Sleeve EX (Excellent)
A decent sleeve nicely preserved. Clean front with minor areas of wear and minor marks. The edge and corners have been well preserved, some minor grazing and light corner rounding, some corner creasing and minor laminate creasing. Nice clean front, well preserved, light label residue top left corner.
The reverse is reasonably clean and well preserved, some minor toning and minor wear, minor ring wear just showing through, number written top edge and label stuck down bottom right corner.
