PLEASE USE THE VINYL GRADING SYSTEM BELOW
The vinyl on this 1983 UK import is NM. The jacket is very nice with just a touch of corner dents. The original inner sleeve/lyric sheet is NM and no splits. The binder side is very nice but due to the marble factory coloring on the jacket it is a tiny bit difficult to read but has nothing to do with wear and tear.
Xmal Deutschland were a band that never came close to receiving the credit that they were due. They were a band that would who came to life in 1981, immediately pigeonholed as part of the “Neue Deutsche Welle” (New German Wave) movement along with the likes of Einsturzende Neubauten, DAF, Joachim Witt and many, many others. Once signing to 4AD brought them to underground prominence, Xmal Deutschland then suffered from endless comparisons to Siouxsie and the Banshees, once again erroneously classified. However, in actuality, Xmal Deutschland was an amazing post-punk band with a strong singer and a unique sound all their own.

MINT = Sealed Never Opened or Played.
NM = No visible flaws in vinyl. Beautiful collectible condition. Only the slightest of wear if any at all.
NM- = Close to NM but a faint scuff or hairline may be present but otherwise handled by previous owner who took good care of it
VG++ = Very minimal light scuffs or hairlines present that don't affect ones listening pleasure.
VG+ = Some scuffs/hairlines/surface marks visible on the vinyl. Some occasional light surface noise possible.
VG = Scuffs and small surface scratches visible on the vinyl. Light surface noise probable.
