Yes Tales From Topographical Oceans Lp UK 1st Press SUPER AUDIO [Ex/Ex]

Description

An original 1st Press. Why bother with 1st?...Thee copies are near master and are pressed heavy  Later reissues just do not have the clarity & immediacy in the audio - or the resilence to sustain a top level rendition. How do we know this is an early copy?...because the early copies do not exhibit an Atlantic logo on. The heavy-set vinyl comes housed in an original gatefold cover.
Vinyl (Ex) In super condition and has only seen lightest careful use. Under close inspection I an only make out a couple of very slight marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. Super lustre. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT level of playback. Intros and inbetweens are lovely and quiet and the audio comes across with excellent clarity. Plays superb clean which is important for this style. Nothing annoying in the background. Just clean audio. You might pick out a few minor crackles in one isolated spot per side. And a couple of isolated ticks in one spot per side. An excellent strike rate by any measure.
Cover (Ex-) In lovely condition and many original examples will not be looking this spritely after this passage of time. Lovely clean and flat front. Interior superb. The rear exhibits slightest handling but looking very smart. The spine is 90% intact. The cover retains excellent rigidity.
