York, Pennsylvania Traditional Christmas Carols
Played on the Factory Steam Whistle at New York Wire Company
INCLUDES:

A unique heralding of the joyous Christmas season occured, in the city of York, Pennsylvania, every Christmas Eve. The event, a tradition of over half a century, had perhaps no counterpart in the world.
At 12:15AM Christmas morning, whistlemaster Marlin L. Ryan played carols on a factory steam whistle located atop the The New York Wire Company plant on East Market Street, to announce the arrival of Christmas Day.
This is a mint copy of a 7-inch 33RPM record of this event.
It's on a local Dee-Bee/S.O.R.T. label (DB-9153 Hi-Fi) and has absolutely no signs of use.
The jacket is also mint, and retains its original shrink-wrap.
There is no date on it and I am not sure exactly when it was made.
