Used 1957 Yusef Lateef: Prayer To The East Savoy MG 12117 Original Mono RVG I cleaned this on a Record Doctor and played it all the way through. Visually, there are light scratches and scuffs. When playing Side 1 there is light surface noise on some tracks and moderate surface noise in some spots with a few crackles and pops. Side B has light surface noise. There is a cueing scratch on Track 3 and when it played through there were 5-6 light pops. If it weren't for that, Side B would be EX. I have to downgrade the overall vinyl grade to VG+. This is a very listenable rare record. The jacket has a 3" split on the bottom center and a 2" split on the lower right corner. The spine and upper seam are very good. There are some initials and a "Not For Sale" stamp on the back. Also the white paper is rubbed on the back about 4" up from the right bottom corner. I grade it at VG to VG+. Shipped USPS Media Mail Insured in a proper cardboard LP box. If a buyer does not want the Insurance I will refund the difference in the shipping cost.
