White sleeve: front marked: dbx EXPANDER DEMONSTRATION RECORD; Rear is Plain w/no printing. Record itself marked: dbx EXPANDER DEMONSTRATION RECORD: TIME – 7:46: DBX II: MUST BE DECODED WITH dbx 120 SERIES: For Demonstration Purposes Only: - NOT FOR SALE – Record is identical pressing on both sides!Jacket 95% - still covered in original shrink wrap – slit open on side to extract record. No splitting, scuffs, or “imprinting” of the record, but one minor, but visible “corner bump” on upper left corner. Includes record, in aftermarket library/archive paper inner sleeve, and an original, white, one sided general “dbx” encoded disk “explanation, and production” insert (w/minor, but visible fold mark in lower left quadrant). Nothing else included.
dbx Records are all from collection of late audiophile/engineer friend. I am not an expert record grader, as I got out of vinyl over ten years ago. I have not play-tested any of them; but, all of the records themselves appear mint/played, maybe once. That would fit his motif of recording everything off onto 7.5 i.p.s tape to use/play.
