This month we have a very cool string of Persian original records in psychedelic, progressive, funk styles! Please see all our offerings and happily browse by listening to the samples. All these are original 60s and 70s Iranian pressings!!
This is the second single by Soli. His "Hamd-e Fil" is more easily found; that one being great, this one, though much harder to find, is much better! This features cool funk with some great Persian tabla (not very commonly heard!); even interesting is that one side of the disc has the version of the tune with the vocals whilst the other side is all instrumental and with a different mix featuring some wicked guitar work!! This side also has some great breaks and with the tune being instrumental, it's just perfect for DJ use! Just hear the samples below. This is a real head blower! Cover is VG. It's actually very clean: no writings, no tears, even no seam splits but someone put three tapes (which eventually got peeled off in time, they are not there anymore!.. only the residue is visible) on the bottom edge as you can also see. There's also minimal ringwear, so I say it's a strong VG. Disc is much better, in VG++ to EX shape. Only a few very thin mishandling hairlines. Nice shiny grooves, playing great!
